Its only printed on 1 type of paper and also cannot print Full bleed (colors gong to the edge of the sheet) documents. The booklets however are available with 3 different paper stocks for the inside pages and option of hard or soft cover. The newsletters can also be designed to be used for direct mail and overall is a cheaper product for printing multipage documents.

8 Page Booklet consists of 2 sheets of paper folded in half and then stapeled in the middle to create a 8 page booklet. Both the Products i.e. Newsletters and Booklets offer that. You have to decide which will work the best for you. If in doubt give us a quick call or ask us for samples. Or even better if you are local stop by and check out the paper and see some samples.

Do you have any tips for preparing a CD/DVD Master?

“CD/DVDMaster” is the disc you provide to your us for replication or duplication of that media. Here are some helpful tips for creating a high quality master:

Always use high quality media. All media is not the same. Do your
research and choose a brand that will produce a high quality disc
    consistently.

Avoid burning from a network source. If your source files are
on a network drive, copy the files to your local hard drive before
burning a disc. If you cannot move the files to your local drive, please
use the “Copy To Hard Drive First” feature. Your burning software will
create a temporary image file during the burning process. When the burn
is complete, the temporary file is deleted.

Avoid burning on a laptop computer running on battery power. Fluctuations in available power may yield poor results.

Always “Finalize” your disc. If you use the drag and drop
interface that is built into some operating systems (Windows XP), be
sure to select “finalize disc”. This will increase the “read”
    compatibility in other CD-ROM drives.

Don’t use packet-writing method to burn master disc. This
method is most common with burner drives that have “re-write”
capabilities. It is similar to the “drag-and-drop” method described
above. This burn method produces discs that cannot be read on many CD-ROM drives. We cannot accept a master that is burned to a ReWritable (CD-/+RW or DVD+RW) disc.

Avoid impact or movement of the drive during burn. This can
cause the laser to skip or jump a track, which will produce errors or a
    bad disc.

Use “burn-proof” feature if available. This feature allows the
drive to slow down the burn speed in the event the computer cannot
supply data fast enough. This can increase the total burn time, but the
quality of the disc will be greater.

Avoid having multiple applications open when burning,
especially those that access the internet or network. This can hinder
your computer’s ability to “feed” data to the burner drive at the proper
rate. Poor quality discs and burn rejects could be the result.

There are exceptions and variables to all the statements above. If
you have any questions regarding how to burn your master, please contact
us.

What is the difference between Indoor & Outdoor Banner?

The product name tells the difference. But here are few things to understand:

Indoor Banner are meant primarily for indoor usage, but can be used
outdoor for 1 month or so. The only problem is color fading. Even if the
banner is used indoor and there is direct sunlight on it there will be
    chances of fading.

Outdoor Banner are meant primarily for outdoor usage. The
banners last long tome outside from minimum of 6 months to at least an
year. These are printed on heavy scrim banner material.

Both the material are tear & water resistant. You can easily fold them and keep them for later usage.

All our Large format products are printed using HP UV inks which have special formulation for longer lasting against fading.

If you need a banner for a short term usage (indoor or
outdoor), a special event and want to be economical then we will
recommend going with the Indoor Banner.

On the other hand if you need a banner which is going to be
used over and over again, let's say a special offer banner which repeats
every year, then we would recommend going for a outdoor banner (even if
the banners are going to be used indoor only). Simply because the
outdoor banner material is twice as thicker and stronger than the indoor
    material.

All banner materials we use are made by HP and are the best
quality available in the market. We don't use cheap vinyl material, and
that is why you might find other signs shops selling them cheaper.

Both the banner materials can be rolled up and put into a shipping tube for storage or shipping.

Do you have any tips for Banner Design?

Here are some things to watch for when designing a banner:

Use a software that handles CMYK full color output. There are at
least three kinds of software you can use: image editors like
Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator or CorelDraw. Generally speaking,
programs that are designed for consumers or general office applications
are not recommended: e.g., Word, Wordperfect, Publisher, Excel, etc. If
you have a specific inquiry, don't hesitate to ask us.

The best designs contain two or three basic elements. Usually,
these will be a photograph, a large headline, and an "identifier" such
as your company name, logo, or phone number.

Use bright colors. The most striking vinyl banners have lots of bright colors.

Design your vinyl banner so it is readable for your target
audience. If it is going to be placed on a building or beside a road on a
fence, or on an outfield fence at a baseball or soccer field, make sure
your most important message is easy to read. Please read the related
FAQ about the Letter Visibility Chart.

Make sure your images have sufficient resolution. (at least 150 dpi at the full size)

Make sure your vinyl banner fits the area where you're going to
mount it. Don't guess the size. Most people who are not familiar with
signage will UNDERESTIMATE the required size.

Consider alternative methods of mounting your vinyl banner.
Grommets are the default method of mounting a banner on a wall or fence.
