3c - How to Preview your Color Separation and Saving in Adobe Photoshop?
Step 1: Once all of your spot color channels have been created Click off all of the Eye Check Boxes except for those spot colors. The Channel Pallet should look something like this.
Step 2: Turning one eye checkbox on and off you will be able to see how they blend together and interact.
Step 3: Once satisfied while both channels are active select Multichannel from the Image / Mode drop down menu.
Step 4: Select the color channels and drag to trash.
