Once you submit your order, your credit card will be authorized for the total amount shown, including shipping and handling fees, if applicable. Once we receive the files and they pass our pre-flight tests, the order will be processed and your credit card will be charged.
If the files are not print-ready or there are other issues associated with the order, your job will be put on hold and you will be notified about it. We will not charge your card until we receive print-ready file.
Cancellation or Changes: If an order is in pending status with no work done then there is no penalty for cancellation. Changes may be made to an order which has already been processed depending on it's stage in production. Once a job is in the press queue and ready to go, there will be charge incurred for pulling the job from the queue when possible. Please contact customer service to determine stage and charges.
To expedite your cancellation request, please contact our Customer Service Department at 408-567-9553 (Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM PST). Customers may also submit a request for cancellation to firstname.lastname@example.org with their order number referenced in the subject field.
NOTE: Based on the number of jobs we currently have in shop, a 5, 7 or 10 day turnaround job will be worked on in the order received, and can incur extra charges for cancellation and changes. We will try our best to do what we can to keep our customers satisfied and happy.
