What Does The Real Time Status Of My Order Mean?

To check the status of your order, first please sign in . Under "My Current Jobs" click on the order number. You will see the real time status of the order on the left side

• Pending Status: Order has been placed but has not yet been written up and processed. You can change the order or even cancel the order.
• Processed Status: Order is currently being processed. No changes/cancellation can be made now.
• Shipped Status: The order has been shipped or is ready for pick up
• Order Cancelled: Order has been cancelled either by you or by us.
