What are the Proofing Options for Books?

1. Prepare Print Ready PDF File for your Guts and also prepare the Cover File.
2. Next we will send you a PDF Proof by Email
3. Once you approve the PDF Proof, we will then generate a Hard Copy Proof of your Book.
4. We will then ship you the Hard Copy Proof.

Important: Please note that this hard copy proof is very similar to the final product you will receive. Once we receive your approval the production process will not start. If for any reason there is an issue with the hard copy proof and you need to resend new files then we will repeat the same process over again i.e. send a new PDF proof followed by a hard copy proof and there will be an additional charge applied to your order for a second hard copy proof.

2) PDF only with a Hard Copy Waiver: In this type of proofing we will do the following:

1. Prepare Print Ready PDF File for your Guts and also prepare the Cover File.
2. Next we will send you a PDF Proof by Email
3. Once we receive your approval the job will move directly to Production.

Once you approve the PDF Proof the job will go into production. You will be waiving the option of the Hard Copy Proofing Process.
Important: By selecting this option you understand and agree to the following 3 items below:
a) I understand the Hard Copy Proofing process.
b) I am waiving the option of receiving and checking the Hard Copy Proof
c) I am are releasing PrintPapa from any liability to refund the charges or re-print the job due to any of the mistakes which are possible, as mentioned in the Hard Copy Proofing (even with the PDF Proofing being approved).

NOTE: It is highly recommended that you avoid this option and choose to go with a Hard Copy Proofing option.
