Provide the Artwork in the finish size of the booklet: So if the Booklet size is 8.5x11, provide a 2 Page PDF sized at 8.75x11.25 (with bleeds) if there is only Outside Cover. Or a 4 Page PDF if there is printing on both sides of the cover.
