File format specifies how information is organized. Examples of file formats: jpeg, gif, psd (Photoshop), tiff, PDF, EPS.
We prefer PDF/X-1a for most of the artwork. Next we prefer is Tiff format with at least 300 dpi. For 1 or 2 color artwork, we prefer EPS or PDF format.
