There are various ways to upload your files:
- Files for a New Order: Place the order online and checkout. On the order confirmation screen directly after purchase, there will be an "Upload Files" button that will allow the files to be attached to an order. This is the only way to ensure the files are properly uploaded and attached to your order. Please DO NOT email files, or upload in any other ways. It will create delays and can cause errors if not attached to the correct order.
- Files for an Existing Order: If the order was placed by someone else or the file was not ready when the order was placed, then Sign In to your account then click on the My Orders. Locate your order and click the Upload Files button to attach the files.
- Files for a Custom Job: If you want us to send files for a custom job, then please request for a Custom Quote. You will be able to attach files to the custom Quote form. Please make sure to keep the size of the files less than 5MB.
- Files related to Offline Orders: This is meant to be used for customers who have repeat custom jobs which are already setup on our system. Click on this link (you will need to login). You will need to select a Customer Service Representative who will review the files and write up the order. You may also include a note to the Customer Service Representative in the comments section on the upload form.
Print Papa's file upload tool supports up to 100MB of files. If your file is bigger than that then please use select the option "Sending Large Files" on the upload page
