Follow this FAQ step by step to prepare a proper Print Ready PDF. Creating a proper file for printing can be a challenging process, and if not done correctly can produce unacceptable results. Our main goal is to avoid those situations. To do that we have created this master FAQ which goes through each step and then points to more detailed FAQs. Step 1: Guideline Template: Search and download the Guideline Template for the product you ordered. Guideline templates are available in various File formats like Photoshop, Illustrator, PDF, InDesign, and Publisher which can be used as a starting point for setting up your artwork. Step 2: Preparing the Template for your project and exporting to PDF Properly: Using one of these design software ( Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Publisher), you will need to prepare the artwork based on the guideline templates and instructions. Exporting the PDF from your application is also a very important process. If not done correctly various issues may arise. Below are the instructions for the software you are using.

Step 3: Creative Time: Time to get creative. Setup your graphic elements i.e. text, images, background colors, etc. on the template. Check for bleeds and safe areas.
Step 4: Upload File: Now you have your print-ready PDF. To upload the file you will first have to place the order and then you will be able to attach the files to the order. Tip: Please make sure to print out the PDF on your home printer to make sure it looks fine. Hard Copy Proofing is better than proofing on the screen. Try it, you will be surprised.
