What are the different types of Envelopes?

We offer lots of different sizes and printing options for envelopes. You can print in full color, black ink, or PMS colors. We also offer printing on the flap of the envelopes.

Note: For remittance envelopes we print on both the sides of the envelopes.

No. 10 (4.125"x9.5") Regular, Window, Security, Self Seal Most commonly used.
No. 9 (3.875"x8.875") Regular, Window, Security, Self Seal Commonly used for return mailing
No 6 3/4 (3.625"x6.5") Regular Used for Church Offering Envelope, Also can be used as a return envelope as it fits inside the No. 9 and No. 10 easily.
Catalog Envelopes Flap is on the smaller edge side. Comes in 3 different sizes of 6"x9", 9"x12", 10"x13". Mostly used for sending correspondence or for marketing.
Booklet Envelopes Flap is on the longer edge side. Comes in 3 different sizes of 6"x9", 9"x12", 10"x13". Mostly used for sending correspondence or for marketing.
Invitation Envelopes Comes in various sizes based on the type of insert going into these envelopes. Sizes are A2, A6, A7, A8, A9, 4 Bar, 5 Bar) Mostly used for invitation, greeting cards, note cards, rsvp.
Remittance Envelopes Comes in 2 sizes. No 6.5 and No. 9. The flap are open.
Note: Printing on Flap means printing on the entire surface. Please download the template to setup the artwork properly.
These envelopes provide a way for donors to fill out personal information, include a financial gift, then seal and mail the envelope back to your organization.
