A Stuffed Envelope is a complete mail-ready package that includes a printed envelope with address, plus inserted materials such as letters, brochures, reply cards, and return envelopes.

Is the recipient's address printed on the envelope?
Yes. The recipient’s name, address, bar codes, and optional graphics are printed directly on the envelope. Also, you can fully customize the envelope with branding, logos, colors, and messaging.
What can be inserted inside the envelope?
You can insert: Letters, Brochures, Reply cards, and Return envelopes
Can each envelope have a different name/address?
Yes. Variable Data Printing (VDP) is supported for addresses and name personalization. Custom messages can be personalized per recipient.
Do you support mailing lists upload?
Yes. Mailing lists can be uploaded in CSV or Excel format following our mailing list upload system.
Is stuffing done by hand or machine?
Stuffing is done by both hand and machine.
How do you ensure correct inserts go into each envelope?
Quality checks and automated matching systems are used to ensure correct assembly.
Do you mail the envelopes for us?
Yes. We can mail directly to recipients through the USPS mailing service.
Will I receive a proof before printing?
Yes. Digital proofs or hard copy proofs are provided for approval before production begins.
Who is responsible for address accuracy?
Customers are responsible for providing accurate mailing lists. Though we have our own address verification services available.
